TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Buffalo Truckers LLC (“BT”), a New York limited liability company, and its customers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. Services Provided: BT provides moving, storage, and shipping services to customers using third-party subcontractors. We will transport and/or store your items as specified by you, subject to our available resources and capacity. BT will not be liable for the acts or omissions of the subcontractors. We will provide you with an invoice for our services based on the information you provide to us. BT reserves the right to withhold and use belongings if its services have not been paid for. 
  2. Customer Obligations: You must provide us with accurate contact information as we will not be liable for any lapses in communication resulting from providing incorrect contact information. You are responsible for ensuring that your items are properly packed and labeled before being transported or stored by us. You are responsible for being ready and on time, on the day and, at the time selected on the sign-up form on our website. You agree not to transport or store hazardous materials or illegal substances. Please note the following obligations below:
  • Off-Campus pick-up and drop-off locations more than 5 miles off North Campus and South Campus will get charged a fee of $30/mile after 5 miles.
  • Unthawed Fridge - $50 fee
  • Mislabeled Box - $30 fee
  • Failure to arrive within pick-up or drop-off time - $75 fee
  • Day of Service Cancellations: $100 fee
  1. Payment: Payment for our services is due upon receipt of our invoice. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer. 

Note: The BT work season follows the University at Buffalo academic calendar from the end of the school year (May), to the beginning of the next school year (August). Upon subscribing to our storage services, you agree to store your items with us and pay for a minimum of 4 months. Upon termination, you must pay us for all services performed prior to the termination date, plus an additional fee of $250.

  • For the reservation invoice, the payment should be made within 5 days of receipt. If payment is not received within 7 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to cancel your request for reservation, thereby relieving us of our service obligations to you.
  • For the storage invoice, payment should be made within 30 days of receipt. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we may assess a late fee of up to $50 per month on the unpaid balance. In the event of non-payment by the due date, an automatic charge may be applied to the customer's account.
  1. Liability: We will exercise reasonable care in the transportation and/or storage of your items. However, we are not liable for damage to your items that results from your failure to properly pack or label your items. We are also not liable for damage to your items that result from events beyond our control, such as theft, fire, or natural disasters. We recommend that you obtain insurance for your items.
  2. Termination: The reservation fee is not refundable after May 1st. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. The BT work season follows the University at Buffalo academic calendar from the end of the school year (May), to the beginning of the next school year (August). Upon subscribing to our storage services, you agree to store your items with us and pay for a minimum of 4 months. Upon termination, you must pay us for all services performed prior to the termination date, plus an additional fee of $250. 
  3. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
  4. Amendments: We may amend this Agreement from time to time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such posting constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
  5. Waiver: The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it.
  6. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
